Finishings

Finishings are grouped into categories and are identified with unique aliases. These finishing categories contain finishing items where a single item from each category can be assigned to a component of job.

Due to the structure of a job, finishings can be assigned to the job or against a component of the job. This helps distinguish a finishing that may perform an action on all the components of a job, such as binding into a book. Whereas pages of a book (components of a job in this case) can have individual finishings such as ink and lamination.
